The museum collection includes a very rare
group of swords of different types and origins :the right , the bent
shamshir of Persian origins , the qalij of wide blade of Turkish origin and
the short yatagan with no safeguard. A group of chain mail and iron leg
protector to protect the mounted warriors from the sword blows , and some
steel articles to protect the horse head and legs .
The persian collection includes a piece bearing the name of Shah Abbas and the maker hajj Ramadan 1028 A.D.
1618 .Most of the arms and guns were either purchased or donated .
